Today was the first day that it truly felt like summer, and I'm extremely sad that it will be ending sooner than I might like. Don't get me wrong, I'm extremely excited about going to Ohio this summer and seeing what God has in store for me there, but I also know that Ohio does not come with friends that I have spent the last ten summers with, nor does it hold many of my other favorite people in the world like my parents and siblings, or the youth group and others from the church here. But again, I'm excited (and a little scared) about the new experiences and friends that the summer will hold.
SO back to today.... I slept in which was wonderful, not too late though. I woke up and got ready to go to lunch with two of my favorite people Brit and Big Al. We had lunch and than decided that snow cones were the ONLY answer to the question "what now?" So we visited our favorite snow cone location... caboose cones. I'll have to get a picture and post it. It might just be the best little sketchy snow cone stand on the planet. Then we just walked around down town, and went to the beach and just talked and had a good time. It was WONDERFUL. Like I said, I'll miss these days but I plan to enjoy every single one for the next two or three weeks, it'll be GREAT!
I was almost fired from my big sister position tonight because my little sister was getting a glass of milk and I noticed something on her arm (side story, she had staff one time and had to go to the doctor and blah and craziness, so she never tells about injures because she's afraid they'll make her go to the doctor) so I said whats on your arm... to which she replies "nothing!" So I said does mom know... to which my mom says "come here" and then there was a VERY traumatic DRAMATIC cleaning and what not of the injury... if looks could kill I would most definitely be dead... BUT! I made chocolate milk! Does that count for nothing? hhhh good times good times, I just really love my house.
Well later this evening I'm staying and Brit's house and than helping proctor tests at her mom's school tomorrow, which luckily for you guys can only mean good things, good and funny... funny funny things. OH MAN I'm Excited!!
